2) How We Use Information

3) Sharing & Disclosures
- With licensed agents, Marketplace entities, and carriers to obtain quotes and complete enrollment.
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, communications) under contractual confidentiality and security requirements.
- For legal reasons (subpoenas, regulatory requirements, to protect rights, safety, or detect fraud).
- In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing).
4) HIPAA & Sensitive Data
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including health-related data collected to provide quotes and facilitate enrollment. Where we function as a HIPAA “business associate,” we comply with applicable obligations and execute Business Associate Agreements with covered entities where required.
5) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and (where permitted) advertising measurement. You can manage preferences via browser settings and consent tools. Disabling certain cookies may limit features.
6) Your Privacy Rights

1) Services & No Marketplace Affiliation
We are a licensed health insurance agency and not the Health Insurance Marketplace®. We present options from partner carriers and may help you enroll on Healthcare.gov or other exchanges.
2) Eligibility & Accuracy
Quotes depend on the information you provide. You agree to supply accurate, current, and complete information for eligibility and enrollment determinations.
3) Consent to Contact (TCPA)
By submitting your information or calling us, you consent to be contacted by our agency and partners via phone, SMS/MMS, email, and autodialed or prerecorded calls, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Message/data rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out of SMS.
4) Call Recording
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance.
5) No Advice Warranty
We provide plan information to help you choose. We do not provide medical, legal, or tax advice. Plan availability and pricing are subject to carrier and regulatory changes.
6) Intellectual Property
